At Sunehri, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take great care in ensuring that every product is checked and packed properly before shipping. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery
  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact

Products that show signs of use, washing, alteration, or damage caused after delivery will not be eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products purchased during sale or clearance
  • Customized or altered products
  • Innerwear or accessories (if applicable)

Return Process

To initiate a return request, please contact us with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear images or video of the product showing the issue
  • A brief description of the problem

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide further instructions for the return process.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be processed only after the returned product is received and inspected
  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original mode of payment
  • Refund processing may take 5–7 business days after approval

Please note that shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Exchange Policy

We currently offer replacement or exchange only for defective or incorrect products, subject to availability. If the requested replacement is unavailable, a refund may be initiated.

Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to a mistake from our side (damaged or wrong item), return shipping costs will be covered by us
  • In all other cases, return shipping costs will be borne by the customer

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within the stated time:
